what kind of services do you offer?
We offer airport transfers from Sonoma and Napa Valley to SFO, OAK and SMF. Aside from airport rides, we do Sonoma and Napa wine tours, weddings transportation, point to point service etc.
what airports do you serve?
Currently we serve SFO, OAK and SMF
do you provide car seats?
Yes we do. You can mention about the car seats in the comments section.
what is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your point to point and airport rides with a 24 hours prior notice.
what if my flight is delayed?
We do track your arriving flights as long as you provided your flight number in the reservations.
what type payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash payment upon delivery as well. But you still need cc to hold your reservations.
where is pick up points at the airports?
Driver will pick you up at the curbside at SFO and Oakland airport. Shuttle van pick up is at Airporter signs or at Courtyards next to the Terminals at SFO
At SMF, Driver can park and wait for you, next to the exiting doors of both the terminals. Please look for a text message from the driver at the arrival times, with instructions about your pick up , if it different from the curbside.
HOW SOON CAN I BOOK MY RIDES?
As soon as possible. But give us at least a day before you arrive at the airport. Same day reservation must call to confirm .
